GREER, S.C., Aug. 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ryan's Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:RYAN) today reported sales results for the 5-week period ending August 3, 2005 ("July").  Same-store sales for July decreased by 3.1%.  Other details and comments follow:
