Revolution Lighting Announces Resignation of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm

Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVLT) (“Revolution Lighting” or the “Company”), a global provider of advanced LED lighting solutions, announced today that on June 13, 2019, RSM US LLP, (“RSM”) informed the Company’s Audit Committee that it has resigned from the engagement as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately.  Additional information about RSM's resignation will be included in a Form 8-K due to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission no later than June 19, 2019.
