Revolution Lighting Amends Loan and Security Agreement

Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVLT) (“Revolution Lighting” or the “Company”), a global provider of advanced LED lighting solutions, announced that on August 15, 2019 the Company entered into a Third Amendment to Forbearance Agreement and Seventeenth Amendment to its loan and security agreement with Bank of America. The Amendment, among other things, extends the previously disclosed forbearance period through January 26, 2020. A copy of the Amendment and a description of its material terms will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in a Form 8-K in the coming days.
