DALLAS, March 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Republic Companies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:RUTX) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 12 cents per share payable on April 14, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2006.
