Republic Companies Group, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS, Sept. 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Republic Companies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:RUTX) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 12 cents per share payable on October 14, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2005.
