On May 11, 2020, Ritter Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received written notice from Nasdaq that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s stockholders’ equity requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
