NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- RightNow Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: RNOW) will replace Res-Care Inc. (Nasdaq: RSCR) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, November 5.  Onex Corporation (TSX: OCX) is acquiring Res-Care in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final approvals and conditions.

RightNow Technologies provides customer relationship management software and services.  Headquartered in Bozeman, MT, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) IT Consulting & Other Services Sub-Industry index.
