NEW YORK, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Psychiatric Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:PSYS) will replace RSA Security Inc. (NASDAQ:RSAS) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Thursday, September 14. RSA Security is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent EMC Corp. (NYSE:EMC) in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
