Michael Prachar Appointed to Chief Operating Officer Position

Prachar is one of the majority shareholders of Telenational Communications that was recently acquired by Rapid Link.

Prachar was the former VP of operations for Telenational and in that position was instrumental to the company's growth and efficient operational cost structure.
