     On July 30, 2010, Rome Bancorp, Inc. ("the Company") announced that on July 26, 2010, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of 9.0 cents ($0.09) per common share, payable August 20, 2010 to stockholders of record as of August 6, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
