Reinhold Industries, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend 


SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif., Feb. 25  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Reinhold
Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:RNHDA) announced today that its Board of Directors has
declared a cash dividend on shares of its Class A common stock.  The cash
dividend of $0.50 per share is payable on March 24, 2005 to all stockholders of
record as of the close of business on March 10, 2005.  As of February 25, 2005,
approximately 3,251,846 Class A shares were issued and outstanding.

Reinhold Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer of advanced custom composite
components and sheet molding compounds in the United States and Europe.
