Raindance to Speak at AeA Micro Cap Financial Conference

Raindance Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:RNDC) announced
that Don Detampel, president and chief executive officer, will speak
at the AeA Micro Cap Financial Conference being held May 15-17, 2005
at the Monterey Plaza Hotel in Monterey, California.
   Detampel will discuss Raindance's current operations and business
initiatives, including the mid-year launch of Raindance Seminar
edition, the company's newest multi-media conferencing platform.
Joining him will be Nicholas Cuccaro, the company's chief financial
officer.
