Raindance Communications Completes Acquisition of Assets of BCE Conferencing

Raindance Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:RNDC), the leader
in integrated multimedia conferencing services and support, announced
today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of
certain revenue-generating assets of BCE Conferencing Inc., a
subsidiary of Bell Canada, Canada's largest communications company.
Raindance acquired these assets for approximately $6 million in cash.
The company anticipates the acquisition will be immediately accretive
to earnings.
