Raindance Communications Appoints New Chairperson to the Board of Directors

Raindance Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:RNDC) announced
today that Kathleen Cunningham has been elected as chairperson of its
board of directors. Cunningham has served as an independent director
on the company's board for over a year.
   Cunningham has served on the advisory board of directors and as
interim chief financial officer for Webroot Software, Inc. and has
served on the board of directors for J.D. Edwards & Company.
Cunningham previously held the position of chief financial officer for
Requisite Technology, Inc., an Internet infrastructure software
company. Prior to leading Requisite Technology, she was the chief
operating officer and chief financial officer of NxTrend Technology,
Inc., a wholesale distributor of ERP application software, where she
completed six acquisitions and four divestitures. Cunningham also has
held senior management positions at Spatial Technology, Inc., U S
West, Inc. (now Qwest), Intrawest Financial Corporation and GEFCO.
   Cunningham is a member of the board of directors, finance chair
and president elect of the National Association of Corporate
Directors' Colorado chapter. She was formerly president of the
Financial Executives Institute, and she is a founding board member and
past president and chairperson of the Colorado Internet & Software
Association and a member of the KPMG Audit Committee Institute.
