NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of River Valley Bancorp ("River Valley" or the "Company") (NasdaqCM:RIVR) related to the proposed acquisition of the Company by German American Bancorp Inc.
