RDA Microelectronics to Release Full Year 2013 Financial Results on Form 20-F

RDA Microelectronics (Nasdaq:RDA) ("RDA Microelectronics" or the "Company"), a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets wireless systems-on-chip and radio-frequency (RF) semiconductors for cellular, connectivity and broadcast applications, today announced that, due to its pending acquisition by Tsinghua Unigroup Ltd., the Company does not intend to announce its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 by press release or hold a conference call. The Company will report its financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2013 on Form 20-F by April 30, 2014.
