On September 24, 2015, Amir Dan Rubin notified Accretive Health, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately, as a result of his decision to leave his position as president and chief executive officer of Stanford Health Care and join UnitedHealth Group and its Optum organization as Executive Vice President.
