Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP announces that it is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Radiant Systems, Inc. (“Radiant Systems” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:RADS) related to the Company’s agreement to be acquired by NCR Corp. in a proposed transaction where Radiant Systems shareholders will receive $28.00 per share through a cash tender offer.
