Quest Energy Partners, L.P. (“Quest Energy”) and its parent, Quest Resource Corporation (“QRC”), previously issued a press release on May 5, 2008 announcing their intentions to release first quarter 2008 earnings and to host a conference call on May 13, 2008. On May 9, 2008, Quest Energy and QRC issued a press release, which announced the rescheduling of the conference call to May 20, 2008 to give investors the opportunity to access Quest Energy’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q prior to the call. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
