Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On October 28, 2008, the Partnership issued a press release announcing that on November 14, 2008 it will pay a cash distribution of $0.40 per unit for all of its outstanding common units for the third quarter of 2008. The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2008 to common unitholders of record at the close of business on November 6, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
