On October 26, 2012, Robert J. King, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of PVF Capital Corp. (the “Company”) gave a presentation at the Company’s 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). A copy of the slides presented at the Annual Meeting is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
