Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (“PSI”)
(NASDAQ: PSYS) announced today it will participate in the William Blair
Growth Stock Conference, which takes place June 17th
through June 19th in Chicago, Illinois at the
Four Seasons Hotel. In connection with the conference, there will be an
on-line simulcast of the Company’s
presentation available at the Company’s Web
site starting at 3:20 p.m. Eastern Time/2:20 p.m. Central Time on
Tuesday, June 17, 2008. Joey Jacobs, PSI’s
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Brent Turner, PSI’s
Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, will be speaking
at the conference.
The Company will also participate in the Jefferies Healthcare
Conference, which takes place June 24th in New
York City. In connection with the conference, there will be an on-line
simulcast of the Company’s presentation
available at the Company’s Web site starting
at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time/7:30 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, June 24,
2008. Joey Jacobs, PSI’s Chairman, President
and Chief Executive Officer, will be speaking at the conference.

by clicking on the “Investors”
link. A replay of the presentations will also be available on the Company’s
Web site for two weeks. Please go to the site at least 15 minutes prior
to each presentation to download and install any necessary audio
software.
PSI offers an extensive continuum of behavioral health programs to
critically ill children, adolescents and adults and is the largest
operator of owned or leased freestanding psychiatric inpatient
facilities with over 10,000 beds in 31 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S.
Virgin Islands. PSI also manages freestanding psychiatric inpatient
facilities for government agencies and psychiatric inpatient units
within medical/surgical hospitals owned by others.
