Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (“PSI”)
(NASDAQ: PSYS) announced today it will participate in the Goldman Sachs
29th Annual Global Healthcare Conference, which
takes place June 9th through June 12th
in Dana Point, California at The Ritz Carlton Laguna Nigel. In
connection with the conference, there will be an on-line simulcast of
the Company’s presentation available on the
Company’s Web site starting at 10:40 a.m.
Pacific Time/12:40 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, June 12, 2008. Brent
Turner, PSI’s Executive Vice President,
Finance and Administration, will be speaking at the conference.
The Company will also participate in the Avondale Partners Behavioral
Healthcare Conference, which takes place June 12th
in New York City at the Millennium Broadway Hotel. In connection with
the conference, there will be an on-line simulcast of the Company’s
presentation available on the Company’s Web
site starting at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time/3:00 p.m. Central Time on
Thursday, June 12, 2008. Joey Jacobs, PSI’s
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will be speaking at the
conference.
The live simulcast of both presentations will be available on the Company’s

by clicking on the “Investors”
link. A replay of the presentations will also be available on the Company’s
Web site for two weeks. Please go to the site at least 15 minutes prior
to each presentation to download and install any necessary audio
software.

critically ill children, adolescents and adults and is the largest
operator of owned or leased freestanding psychiatric inpatient
facilities with over 10,000 beds in 31 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S.
Virgin Islands. PSI also manages freestanding psychiatric inpatient
facilities for government agencies and psychiatric inpatient units
within medical/surgical hospitals owned by others.
