      Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (“PSI”) 
      (NASDAQ: PSYS) announced today it will participate in the Bank of 
      America Securities Health Care Conference, which takes place May 13th 
      through May 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada at The 
      Four Seasons. In connection with the conference, there will be an 
      on-line simulcast of the Company’s 
      presentation available at the Company’s Web 
      site starting at 2:40 p.m. Pacific Time/4:40 p.m. Central Time on 
      Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Joey Jacobs, PSI’s 
      Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Brent Turner, PSI’s 
      Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, will be speaking 
      at the conference.
