      Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (“PSI”) 
      (Nasdaq: PSYS) today announced it will release its second quarter 2008 
      earnings on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 after the market close. Psychiatric 
      Solutions will conduct a conference call with institutional investors 
      and analysts at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, July 31, 2008. Additionally, 
      a live broadcast of the earnings conference call will be available at www.psysolutions.com 
      in the “Investors” 
      section of the website or at www.earnings.com. 
      The webcast of the conference call will be available through August 14,
