In connection with its third quarter earnings release
for the period ended June 30, 2006, Pediatric Services of America,
Inc. (Nasdaq: PSAI) announced today that it has scheduled a conference
call on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. ET with Daniel J.
Kohl, President and Chief Executive Officer and James M. McNeill,
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The
