In connection with its second quarter earnings release
for the period ended March 31, 2006, Pediatric Services of America,
Inc. (Nasdaq: PSAI) announced today that it has scheduled a conference
call on Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. ET with Daniel J. Kohl,
President and Chief Executive Officer and James M. McNeill, Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The press
