In connection with its second quarter earnings release
for the period ended March 31, 2005, Pediatric Services of America,
Inc. (Nasdaq: PSAI) announced today that it has scheduled a conference
call on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. ET with Daniel J. Kohl,
President and Chief Executive Officer and James M. McNeill, Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The press
release announcing quarterly earnings for the period will be issued
before the call on Tuesday May 10, 2005. Management will discuss the
Company's financial performance and accomplishments for the second
