      Pediatric Services of America, Inc., d/b/a PSA HealthCare (Nasdaq: 
      PSAI) announced today that its Board of Directors has set a meeting 
      and record date for its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Annual 
      Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 
      at the Northeast Atlanta Hilton Hotel, 5993 Peachtree Industrial 
      Boulevard, Norcross, Georgia 30092 at 9:00 a.m. ET. PSA’s 
      common stockholders of record as of December 8, 2006 will be 
      eligible to vote at the meeting.
    
    
      PSA provides comprehensive pediatric home health care services through a 
      network of 54 branch offices in 18 states, including satellite offices 
      and branch office start-ups. Through these offices PSA provides a 
      combination of services, including pediatric private duty nursing (PDN)
