In connection with its second quarter earnings release for the period
ended March 31, 2007, Pediatric Services of America, Inc. d/b/a PSA
HealthCare (Nasdaq:PSAI) announced today that it has scheduled a
conference call on Wednesday May 9, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. EDT with
Daniel J. Kohl, President and Chief Executive Officer and James M.
McNeill, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the
Company. The press release announcing quarterly earnings for the period
