Item 8.01  Other Events.

 

On May 15, 2019, Precipio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") stating that because the Company’s common stock maintained  a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive business days, the Company had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market, as set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and that the matter is now closed.
