Primoris Services Corporation Announces Executive Promotions

Primoris Services Corporation (Nasdaq:PRIM) (Nasdaq:PRIMU) (Nasdaq:PRIMW) ("Primoris" or "Company"), one of the largest specialty contractors and engineering companies in the United States, today announced that Michael D. Killgore was recently named Executive Vice President, Director of Construction Services for Primoris, and Danny L. Hester has been named President of James Construction Group, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary.      

Mr. Killgore has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, 20 years of which have been in a management capacity.  In his new role, Mr. Killgore will be responsible for overall management related to the operations of Primoris's recently formed "Construction Services – East" and "Construction Services - West" business segments.   Prior to the acquisition of James Construction Group ("JCG") by Primoris in December 2009, Mr. Killgore had served as CEO of JCG since 2007, President of JCG's Industrial Division (2003-2006), President of James Industrial Contractors, LLC (1998-2002), and Executive Vice President, and then President of T.L. James Industrial Constructors, Inc. (1992-1998). He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and is a Registered Professional Civil and Environmental Engineer in the State of Louisiana. He is a longtime member of Associated Builders and Contractors and served as secretary on the Louisiana Pelican Chapter's 2009 board of directors.

Mr. Hester has more than 35 years of heavy and civil construction experience in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Oman, Canada and the Philippines. His management resume includes major projects for military, federal, state and local governmental agencies. He has served as JCG's Chief Operating Officer since 2006 and was Vice President – Heavy Civil Operations Manager (2002-2006). Prior to joining JCG, Mr. Hester held positions of increasing responsibility at H. B. Zachry Company and Morrison Knudsen Corporation. Mr. Hester earned his B.S. degree in Construction Management.
