(Nasdaq:PRIM) ("Primoris"), one of the largest specialty contractors and infrastructure companies in the United States, today announced its eligibility for inclusion in the NASDAQ Global Select Marketsm, the highest of the three market tiers designated by The NASDAQ Stock Market®. Primoris's selection follows an annual review by NASDAQ to determine which companies meet the more stringent listing requirements of The NASDAQ Global Select Market. According to NASDAQ, its Global Select Market is reserved for "...public companies that meet the highest listing standards in the world." 

Primoris's securities will be listed on The NASDAQ Global Select Market effective January 3, 2011.
