PRG-Schultz Receives Favorable Ruling on Nasdaq Listing

PRG-Schultz International, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRGXD), the

Qualifications Panel has determined that the Company is in compliance

Market. The determination follows a hearing before the Panel held on
August 3, 2006 at which the Company presented its plan of compliance.
