Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (Nasdaq: PMBC), the holding company of Pacific Mercantile Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly owned banking subsidiary, today announced that Brad Dinsmore, President & Chief Executive Officer and Curt Christianssen, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, will participate in virtual investor meetings with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods on September 8, 2020. The Company has provided supplemental information regarding the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is available to investors at the Company's website http://investors.pmbank.com/Presentations, that is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to, and is incorporated by reference into, this Current Report on Form 8-K.
