Other Events.

 

PhotoMedex, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQB, NASDAQ and TASE: PHMD) convened its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on September 14, 2017. The Company adjourned the meeting to seek additional votes on Proposal 1, which we refer to in our proxy statement as the First Charter Proposal, and Proposal 2, which we refer to in our proxy statement as the Contribution Securities Issuance Proposal. For more information regarding these two proposals and our stockholders meeting generally, please see the definitive proxy statement that we filed with the SEC on August 8, 2017.”

 

The annual meeting will reconvene on October 12, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, at 410 Park Avenue, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10022.
