Maguire has been appointed as the Company's Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Maguire has served as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer since February 2003, and prior to 2003 in various senior management positions within the Underwriting Department.  Mr. Maguire, who joined the Company in 1987, will continue to serve as an Executive Vice President of the Company.
