PFSweb, Inc. (Nasdaq:PFSW), an international business process

discount retailer, today announced that it has regained compliance with
the $1 per share minimum closing bid price requirement for listing its
common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
NASDAQ formally notified the Company today that it was in compliance
with Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) and it is no longer subject to
delisting. As a result, the Company's common stock will continue to be
quoted in the NASDAQ Capital Market.
