Comtex Expands Strategic Alliance With Pinnacor

content, today announced a new, expanded strategic alliance with one of its
major distributors, Pinnacor Inc. , a provider of business and financial
information and analytical applications.

For six years, Comtex has supplied Pinnacor and its predecessor companies with
more than 50 electronic news feeds comprising information from over 250 news
sources.  Pinnacor integrates various elements of the Comtex news feeds into
specialized products and applications for financial services companies and
enterprise clients.  Under the new multi-year agreement, Pinnacor expands its
usage of Comtex products in its financial services solutions.  This distributor
agreement with Pinnacor incorporates the new wholesaler business model and
pricing matrix recently introduced by Comtex.
