Precis, Inc. Announces Annual Shareholder Meeting for December 29, 2006

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, Nov. 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Precis, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCIS), a provider of access to affordable healthcare services to the ever growing number of uninsured and/or underinsured in the United States, announced today that its annual shareholder meeting will take place on Friday, December 29, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sheraton Grand Hotel located at the Dallas / Fort Worth Airport, 4440 West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas, 75063.

Because the Securities and Exchange Commission has not yet completed its review of the preliminary proxy statement relating to the Company's pending acquisition of Insurance Capital Management USA Inc., the agenda for the meeting will not include a vote on the transaction.  The management teams of both companies continue to move ahead toward the conclusion of the transaction.  Upon completion of the review by the SEC, the Company will distribute the final proxy statement and set a date for a Special Shareholders Meeting in the timeliest manner possible.
