Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On March 31, 2023, Lucid Diagnostics Inc. (“Lucid”), a majority owned subsidiary of PAVmed Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that, on March 30, 2023, the MolDX Program published a Future Effective Local Coverage Determination L39256, on molecular testing for esophageal precancer and cancer in Medicare beneficiaries, to become effective May 14, 2023. A copy of the press release is incorporated by reference as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
