Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc. Announces Approval for NASDAQ Listing

DURHAM, N.C., Jan. 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc. (OTC:OXBT) (BULLETIN BOARD: OXBT)  announced today that its common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

"Moving up from the OTC Bulletin Board to the NASDAQ is a very important milestone for our company," said company chairman and CEO Chris J. Stern.
