Procera Networks, Inc. Announces that Scott McClendon, Chairman of the Board of
Overland Storage, to Join Procera's Board of Directors 


CAMPBELL, Calif., Feb. 26  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Procera Networks, Inc. 
(BULLETIN BOARD: PRNW) , a manufacturer of Intelligent Content Management and
Security products, is pleased to announce that Mr. Scott McClendon, Chairman of
the Board of Overland Storage  will be joining the Procera Networks Board of
Directors effective March 1, 2004.

Mr. McClendon bringsa wealth of operational experience and knowledge to
Procera's Board at a time when the company is expecting strong growth.  Mr.
McClendon had a 32-year Hewlett Packard career in progressively responsible
positions, including six years as the General Manager of their $400M Color
Printer and Drafting Plotter Businesses.  In 1991, Mr. McClendon left Hewlett
Packard to become the President and CEO of Overland Storage in San Diego, CA.
During his time as CEO, the company's revenues grew from $7M per year to $200M+
per year.  He conducted a very successful initial public offering in 1997.  In
2001, Mr. McClendon was promoted to Chairman of Overland's Board and currently
maintains that position.

Mr. McClendon has a BSEE and MSEE from Stanford University and has received
several industry honors including Executive of the Year, 2001 by the University
of California, San Diego's Engineering School.  Mr. McClendon is a member of
several other company boards and advisory teams.  Mr. McClendon is also very
active in community affairs and has been the Chairman of the San Diego United
Way Drive, and a member of several other community groups.  Mr. McClendon is
committed to education and has been on the University of California, San Diego
Jacobs School of Engineering Advisory Council.
