   Overland Storage, Inc. (NASDAQ: OVRL) today announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Eric L. Kelly, is scheduled to present the Company's corporate overview before members of the financial community at Security Research Associates' (SRA) Annual Spring Growth Conference.

The SRA hosted event will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco. Mr. Kelly's presentation is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (local time).
