RICHMOND, Va., April 29  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of
Overnite Corporation (NASDAQ:OVNT) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of
$.04 per share on its common stock, payable on June 16, 2005, to the
shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2005.
