6-K ITEM

On November 27, 2012, On Track Innovations Ltd. (" Company ") announced that it received from its Vice President of Projects, Mr. Ronnie Gilboa, a notice of termination of his employment with the Company due to his medical condition effective as of December 2, 2012. Mr. Gilboa continues in his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
