Jerry Ivy Hails Shareholder Meeting to Elect Directors

On Track Innovations, LTD. (Nasdaq:OTIV) on Friday, November 23 called a shareholders' meeting for December 30th to consider the director nominees of Jerry Ivy, founder of Zer Capital and the second largest shareholder of OTIV.

Ivy stated: "This is a great victory for OTIV shareholders! Shareholders now have the opportunity to elect directors who will focus on improving the financial performance of OTIV. Customers, employees and shareholders will all benefit. I have complete confidence that my nominees will focus on implementing changes to realize the potential of OTIV's patents and technology."

OTIV separately announced the resignations of three directors that Mr. Ivy sought to remove as directors. As a result, only Mr. Ivy's nominees will be considered for election at the December 30th shareholder meeting.

Ivy asked that shareholders support the election of the nominees, as well as to vote for the proposals to be considered at the shareholder meeting on December 13, 2012.
