Item 8.01. Other Events.

     On April 24, 2009, Roche, OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s international collaborator for the distribution and sale of its oncology drug, Tarceva ^® (erlotinib), issued a press release concerning Roche’s initiation of a Phase III trial together with the Spanish Lung Cancer Group to investigate Tarceva in lung cancer patients with genetic mutations in their epidermal growth factor receptor (“EGFR”). Per Roche, this trial will evaluate whether Tarceva is a superior option for the initial treatment of lung cancer patients with EGFR positive mutation disease than chemotherapy.
