Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCI) is pleased to announce that Philippe Monnier has
joined the company as the Managing Director of its Mexico operations.  As
Managing Director, and one who has a great deal of experience in the local
market, Philippe is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying
areas of opportunity, and strengthening the company's current offerings.

Philippe is a highly experienced and talented individual.  Most recently, he
was Project Director of IPSOS-BIMSA, where he led research studies for such
international clients as Peugeot, Renault, GE Capital and Colgate-Palmolive.
Philippe has over 19 years of proven experience among world-class market
research organizations, consulting firms, and telecommunication companies where
he has managed leading edge research studies for clients such as Herdez,
Panasonic, Jergens, Phillip Morris, and Quaker Oats as well as Unilever and
Kimberly Clark.  Philippe has held leadership positions in ACNielsen, S.A. de
C.V., InfoTec, Telefonos de Mexico, S.A., de C.V., and the American Chamber of
Commerce Mexico, A.C.

Philippe has also been involved in various industry and trade forums around the
world. He earned an Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad
Iberoamericana.
