Opinion Research Corporation Announces Annual Meeting Date

PRINCETON, N.J., Sept. 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Opinion Research Corporation  (NASDAQ:ORCI) today announced that its Board of Directors has set October 27, 2005 as the date for its 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for stockholders of record as of September 6, 2005.

The Company advises stockholders of the following deadlines in connection with the Annual Meeting.  In order for a stockholder proposal to be considered for inclusion in the Company's proxy statement for this year's Annual Meeting, the proposal must be received by the Company at its principal executive offices on or before September 25, 2005.  In addition, in order for a stockholder proposal to be considered at this year's Annual Meeting but not included in the Company's proxy statement, such proposal must be received by the Company at its principal executive offices on or before September 25, 2005 to be considered "timely" under applicable SEC rules.
